We process orders from Monday to Friday. Once your payment has been successfully completed, your order will be processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and carrier information within 72 hours. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
The estimated delivery time is 15–28 days (excluding order processing time), depending on your location and local logistics conditions.
During peak seasons or promotional events, delivery may take slightly longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
